The hotel has a large and comfortable room but was smaller than expected for a family room with a really low sink. It lacks plugs near the beds for convenience. The service is amazing but a staff member was severe when questioning and lacked apology. The location is magnificent, with huge potential and convenient access to nearby attractions like Castlebar. The dining experience was a bit expensive and poorly managed. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
